I love it when fellow Florida residents stop by to visit us. I am more than happy to help you with your question. And guess what? While researching your answer, I found out that my family’s “Upgrade Pass” buttons are grayed out, too! Oh dear!
The good news is that you absolutely can upgrade your
annual pass, even outside of your renewal window. You’ll have to pay the difference in full at the time of upgrading. We should be able to do this online or on the
My Disney Experience App, but perhaps there is a little glitch from our friend Stitch right now.
To upgrade your annual pass, call the “Annual Passholders” phone number from the
Help Center webpage. A friendly Cast Member will be able to set you up over the phone. And if, by chance, you are not able to upgrade, they’ll be able to share more specific information about that as well.
