    Hi, I'm trying to do some trip planning and am confused on something. On a day we will be in Hollywood Studios, the park closes at 9:30 but when I check showtimes for Fantasmic! it shows up at 8:30pm and 10 pm. Does the show really happen after hours?

    Hi Michelle,

    I know it seems odd but occasionally Fantasmic! will begin a later showing just after Disney's Hollywood Studios closes for the day. Guests will be directed towards either Fantasmic! or the park exit. Since my kids have gotten older and like to stay up late, we love going to the later showing of Fantasmic! The crowd is sometimes smaller and it feels like we have truly closed the park down.
