I'm thrilled to hear that you've already secured a vacation package with
theme park tickets and resort accommodations. My family always loves deciding which
Disney Resorts Collection hotel to stay at for each visit. There are so many fantastic options with beautiful theming, well-appointed rooms, and countless
dining options. You'll be in for a whole new world of magic whether you're staying at a
Value Resort or enjoying one of the
Deluxe Resort options.
I'm glad you've already looked into
Disney Genie Service to help maximize your time in the parks. In order to begin selecting your favorite experiences for your most magical Genie day you'll need to ensure you've made a theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit the parks. Guests need valid admission as well as a
theme park reservation for all ticket types through January 8, 2024. If you've already downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App and have linked your vacation package, you can make the necessary reservations right from your phone.
Select the "+" sign at the bottom center of the app and select "Make or Modify Park Reservations." This will link you to the
US version of the Walt Disney World Resort website where you can
review the reservation calendars for availability and make your selections. I'd recommend doing this as soon as possible to ensure you get to visit your preferred park each day. If you are having trouble accessing the site you can also contact a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 for additional assistance in making your reservations.
