You might benefit from reassigning the theme park ticket based on your question. Before you assign the ticket, be sure to add the guest to your
Family & Friends List. To assign the ticket (using the
My Disney Experience mobile app), select “Tickets and Passes,” find the ticket in question, and “Reassign Ticket” to that user. To give them access to the ticket, you can create a pass using the
Disney MagicMobile Service, and once it is created, you can share that pass via the messaging system on your smartphone, and they can place it in their digital wallet. If you continue to have issues, I recommend calling (407) 934-7639 and speaking with a cast member who will be able to assist you.
