    Hello - I'm trying to schedule my families day around our attending the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party this December. Is the party worth it and should I plan on spending all day at MK as well or should we go to another park in the AM? Thanks!

    Hi Cynthia:

    I highly recommend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, especially if it's a first time attending the event.  The party is very festive with lots of meet and greet opportunities with the characters. Guests are welcomed down Main Street with "snow" falling all around, which is a sight to see in Florida. The lines to the rides are generally short, and Guests get to enjoy complimentary cookies and cocoa, plus a special parade and firework show. Santa and Mrs. Claus make appearances too.

    I'm not sure how long your Disney World vacation is, but you may consider a different Park earlier in the day as you'll end up riding a number of the same rides (though with shorter lines).  However, the Magic Kingdom is large enough to make that Park an all-day Park to enjoy.
