If you're trying to make your required theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system and you're seeing an issue, I'm going to recommend you contact the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 or
chat with them online. The talented and friendly techie Cast Members can work with you to look at your reservation details, your ticket details, and your
Family & Friends list to help identify the issue and suggest how to address it.
If you can, I think it would be helpful to tell them about any specific messages you're seeing. For example, are you seeing something like "Just a Moment, We Can't Find Their Tickets" and "Invalid Admission" messages? Are you seeing something like "Just a Moment, There are no more Disney Park Pass selections available for the selected date and park" messages? Are you seeing some other type of message displayed? If you can offer any details on the issue you're seeing, I think it can be useful for the Internet Help Desk team as they assist you.
