Greetings, Imelda!
Thank you for taking the time to visit us at
planDisney, welcome.
Oh Boy! It sounds like you have a busy schedule ahead of you.
I do have a question, are you looking to make theme park reservations for 15 people? Or are you trying to plan out a year full of visits for yourself? If you are planning for others, you’ll first need to make sure all 15 tickets are linked to your
Disney account. Sometimes, I find it better to split up larger parties among two “planners”. For example, you can manage 7 Guests while someone else in your party manages the other 8
tickets.
Now, if you are looking to schedule
theme park reservations for just yourself, the number of reservations, you are allowed to make, will vary depending on your ticket type. As a
Magic Key holder, depending on which
Magic Key Pass you have, you can hold up to 6 park reservations at a time during any 90-day window, subject to restrictions.
Another thing to consider is when you are looking to make these reservations. You might have only been able to schedule 5 because of the timing. Keep in mind, you can plan to schedule your reservations 120 days before your visit.
Imelda, if these suggestions don’t seem to help resolve your reservation troubles, I recommend
calling the Disneyland Resort Tickets Line. A Cast Member there will be happy to help and provide you with other options that may help.
See ya real soon!
