    I'm trying to reserve the parks that we will be entering on each day of our stay. It keeps saying that that it is not linked with my reservation name. I chose Mrs. In front of my name and it does not work.

    When it works, Maryann, technology can make our lives so much simpler. And when it doesn’t, it can be very frustrating, right? I’m so sorry you’re experiencing the latter.

    Every once in a while there are circumstances that require a little help. Not to worry, though; you’ve got a friend in Walt Disney World. They’ve got Cast Members who are especially equipped to help with problems associated with My Disney Experience and MagicBands. Those are the folks you’re going to need to reach out to in order to get your tech trouble resolved.
