I am so sorry to hear you are having difficulties; I am sure we can get you going. I seem to remember having a similar issue when I needed to make theme park reservations at one point. I recommend making sure that your theme park tickets are linked to your
My Disney Experience account. If the tickets do not appear in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the mobile app, at the top right, you will need to “Link Tickets & Passes” and proceed through the process. Next, ensure that everyone in your travel party is listed on your
Family & Friends List. If you select the three lines at the bottom right of the mobile app, you will scroll to your profile and then select “Family & Friends List.” If everyone is not listed, be sure to add them by “adding a guest” and follow the instructions. From there, it should work, but if it doesn’t, definitely call (407) 939-4357, and a cast member will be able to assist you. Also, if you have issues using the My Disney Experience mobile app, try accessing your account from a computer.
