I bet you all are super excited to be within the big 60-day window of your trip! I know this time can come with a lot of anticipation with getting your
advanced dining reservations for the restaurants you want. Looks like you are having some issues accessing reservations on your
My Disney Experience app. Let's see what solutions we can come up with.
My big recommendation is to keep trying! Sometimes Emperor Zurg gets a hold of things he is not supposed to and it takes our Space Ranger friends some time to clear the systems, so keep trying! I would also recommend trying to
look up dining reservations online rather than through the app. From personal experience, I have had better luck making reservations online rather than through the app, so try a different approach to see if it helps. If you continue to experience issues, you can always
call Disney Dining at (407) 939-3463 and a Cast Member will be able to help you through this process as well. The phone lines open starting at 7:00 a.m. EST if you needed to use this option.
Did you know that on your next trip you can order food right from your My Disney Experience app? With
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering, you can place your order, choose your arrival time and avoid waiting in long lines for the same process! Once you choose your arrival window, you will then place your order and when you are ready to pick it up, go back to the app and tap the option to "Prepare My Meal" and your food will be made fresh for you to pick up. Super easy to do and saves so much time!
