Hi I'm trying to reserve dates on the website and it had me log in.. after I did, now I cannot find my dates again. Can you help me?

    Hi William,

Hip-hip-hooray, I say, you've got a Disney day (or maybe more), and that's really exciting!

It sounds like you used the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations features on the website to purchase your theme park tickets and make your theme park reservations.

What's really convenient about buying your theme park tickets and making your theme park reservations is that you can now do both in the same set of steps. This means you can buy your tickets and make your theme park reservations at the same time.

Hopefully you found the steps pretty straightforward. Once you have selected your ticket (choosing the number of days, the number of tickets, and the ticket type), and selected the date (or dates) for your reservation, and selected the theme park, you added your selections to your cart and completed the checkout process. Does that sound about right?

You can view the theme park reservations you made by visiting the My Theme Park Reservations page on the website. You can also see your reservations on the Disneyland Resort mobile app home screen. In addition, you should have received an email for confirmation, so you can take a look for that as well.

William, I hope this info helps you as you plan to visit the theme parks. If you find you need some additional assistance, you can give a call to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636.

    Here's wishing you a hip-hip-hooray Disney day!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
