Hi Aide! Welcome to planDisney.
You've got great taste in dining reservations. Whether you're enjoying a meal as Pirates of the Caribbean boats glide past at
Blue Bayou Restaurant or saying cheers with travelers from around the galaxy at
Oga's Cantina, you are sure to have a fantastic time!
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble securing those popular dining reservations. As Guests
Return to a Land of Magic, some restaurants haven't fully opened, and this has made it more challenging to make dining reservations. My advice is to keep checking
online or in the
Disneyland mobile app - you never know when someone's plans might change and you'll be in luck! As a military family, we often plan last-minute trips, and we've had good results with the "keep checking" strategy. I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that the reservations you want pop up soon.
I've heard many Guests share that they've had luck with walk-up availability, so if you can't get reservations in advance, keep this in mind. You're welcome to stop by those restaurants in person and ask if they're accepting walk-ups. While this is not guaranteed, it never hurts to ask!
Being flexible and checking often are the best tips we have here at planDisney for finding dining reservations, so channel Princess Tiana, sing "I'm almost there!" and keep checking that app. And, if you find yourself without reservations, remember that
mobile ordering Quick-Service meals and snacks is a great option inside the theme parks. I like to read the
Disney Parks Blog and keep a list of all the things I want to eat, drink, and do so I can squeeze every drop of magic out of my park visits.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Aide! Please come back and see us if we can help with any further questions.
Wishing you much magic,
Robyn
