Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some trouble making your theme park reservations.
Without being able to see the details of your specific situation, I have a few ideas that might help. If they don't I'll be sure to also provide a way to contact a Cast Member below as well!
First, I would make sure that your tickets are linked to your Disney account. You can do this by pulling up the email confirmation you received when you purchased the tickets and using the Ticket ID when linking the tickets through the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. To do this, you'll select the menu option, then "Link Tickets & Passes" and follow the on-screen prompts.
Second, a great way to double-check the status of your tickets and reservations is through the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. If they're connected to your account correctly then you should see them here and be able to click the Theme Park Reservations button to try and make those reservations for the dates you were hoping for.
If all of the above still doesn't seem to be working, then I would recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Guest Information line. It sounds like you might have had previous reservations that were canceled and sometimes you need to reach out to a Cast Member to get those tickets reset and able to make new reservations.
