park reservations. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble securing the reservation.
I would try some troubleshooting techniques like refreshing your browser or logging into your account from a different device, to see if a refresh shows your
reservation on September 29. If you have a reservation, it would show up in My Disneyland in Ticket and Reservation Details, once you click the View My Park Reservations button. You would also see it under Future Plans in the
Disneyland mobile app.
If your reservation is not showing up and it’s not allowing you to make one, I think you should contact the Website Support team at (714) 520-6222, given your trip is just a couple of days away.
