Welcome to planDisney, Camilla, and thanks for dropping by with your question.
Camilla, I appreciate this query because no day at Walt Disney World feels complete to me without a fireworks show! And... when you combine delicious food with Magic unfolding in the sky, there is nothing better.
Camilla, if the lack of time you are referring to is time of day, but you can select a date, it is because these experiences are timed around the fireworks shows. For example, you'll see on the homepage for the Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package that check-in is 60 minutes before the show time and the dining experience lasts approximately 90 minutes (check-in for Rose & Crown Dining Room is different). In this case, you'll just reserve your date. Please make sure to confirm the fireworks start time the week before your visit through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and then check in accordingly based on the showtimes.
Now, as you are planning, there are two other possible reasons you aren't finding availability for the
Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package or the
Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package. First, if your trip is further out than 60 days,
reservations don't open up until 60 days in advance of your visit. Second, because these have limited seating each day, it is possible all reservations have been taken. While I hope this isn't the case, keep checking back because you never know when another guest's plans will change and a reservation will open up.
Camilla, another alternative to one of the dining packages is a well-timed reservation at
La Hacienda de San Angel. This restaurant sits on the water and while a window-side table can't be guaranteed, there are multiple spots throughout this space that offer great fireworks views.
I hope this helps as you are planning out how to best enjoy
EPCOT Forever or
Luminous: The Symphony of Us. Please come on back to planDisney if you have any additional questions.
