You probably had the most Magical year being a
Magic Key holder at the Happiest Place on Earth. It looks like it’s time to renew for another year of adventure, enchantment, and fun! I’m not sure why you’re having trouble renewing your Magic Key as it sounds like you’re currently in your renewal window. I’ve been getting a lot of errors myself with the website but I know there are a lot of enhancements and new information being added at the moment and sometimes this can affect certain things. I would encourage you to close the Disneyland app and re-open it to see if that helps. I would also check to make sure you have the latest version of the Disneyland app.
If you’re still having trouble, I would call
Magic Key services so they can take a look at your account. If you have a trip planned before your pass expires, you can also ask at one of the Ticket Booths in the Esplanade. Remember, there is no grace period so make sure you do one of these things before your pass expires.
