I’m trying to remove a person from a reservation, how can I do it?

    Hi Veronica!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. You're not alone! Plans sometimes shift like magic carpets in the wind, and I’m happy to help guide you through this.

If you're trying to remove someone from a Walt Disney World Resort reservation, your next step depends on what kind of reservation it is. For a Disney Resort hotel reservation or a vacation package (which includes a hotel + tickets), you won’t be able to remove a Guest yourself online. In that case, you’ll need to call the Disney Reservation Center so a Cast Member can help adjust your reservation properly. Since it may involve a price change or policy check, it’s best to have their pixie-dusted support!

Now, if the person you're trying to remove is connected to a dining reservation, that’s a bit easier. Just head to your “My Plans” section in your My Disney Experience account, locate the reservation, select “Modify,” and you should see the option to remove that Guest.

And if it’s a theme park reservation (like a Park Pass), you can cancel the reservation and simply rebook for the correct party size.

Let me know if you’re dealing with something different, and I’ll be happy to help with the next right step. We’re always here at planDisney to help untangle the details and sprinkle some extra magic on your plans!

Wishing you smooth planning and lots of pixie dust,
