I'm trying to register for das please help

    Hi Tiffanie!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm Kristen, and I'm so happy to be your planEAR today!

One of the recent changes at Disneyland Resort is that guests who require extra assistance in enjoying The Happiest Place on Earth are now able to pre-register for the Disability Access Service, also known as DAS. To register, you need to be logged in to your My Disneyland Account, which is the same login you used to ask this question. It's also important that all of the theme park admission tickets that are planning to be used that day are already linked to your My Disneyland Account and that your Park Pass Reservations are also made. The last step is that you'll be able to request a virtual chat between 2 to 30 days before your first Disneyland Day, which I see that you're now inside that window. Once you've completed all of the above, you'll click on this link and scroll almost all the way to the bottom where a white oval says 'Request Live Chat.'

If you find that you're still unable to set up a pre-arrival appointment, Tiffanie, you can also reach out to the Disability Services team at (407) 560-2547 or email them at disability.services@disneyland.com. And if you still have a question or need assistance when you're in the parks, there are plenty of places to find Guest Relations Cast Members who would love to help.

After you've requested the appointment, you can read up on what to expect with the new pre-register service on the 'planning with DAS' webpage. There's also a webpage of which rides participate in the pre-register service. And hEARs a handy sheet of which attractions require what for guests with mobility disabilities by breaking down which attractions allow guests to stay in a wheelchair or if they must transfer, etc.

I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Tiffanie! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Instagram account where we're sharing all kinds of tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
