I love that making changes within the
My Disney Experience mobile app is easy because can you imagine having to make a call and wait on the phone for extended wait times just to change the name on a theme park ticket? As long as the ticket in question has not been used and the new user is added to your
Family & Friends List, you can reassign the ticket. To reassign a theme park ticket to another user, you will go to the “My Reservations” section of your My Disney Experience account, select the ticket you wish to reassign, and select “Reassign Ticket” and proceed through the process. From there, you are ready!
Be sure to make your
theme park reservations as soon as you have the tickets adequately assigned. If for some reason, your desired theme park is sold out and the park hopper option is present on your tickets, you may be able to “hop” to the theme park you want to visit after 2:00 PM if they are not at capacity.
