Hello, i'm trying to put characters, borders, signature on my Memory Maker picture, tried to get the answer on the help menu without success.

Hi, Stephane!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Purchasing Memory Maker is a great way to bring a little Walt Disney World magic home with you.  I love reliving all of my Walt Disney World memories through my Disney's PhotoPass pictures.

My fellow panelists and I have been seeing quite a few guests with questions about editing their Memory Maker photos recently.  This is due to a recent change on Disney's PhotoPass website.  At this time, you cannot edit your photos on the website, however, you should still be able to add character stickers and borders to your photos using your My Disney Experience mobile app.

When you open your My Disney Experience app, scroll down to "My Photos."  Click on the photo you wish to work on, then click "Edit."  You will be able to crop, filter, and add stickers and borders.  After editing your photos, simply click the check mark in the bottom corner to save your work.

The editing function may be added to the website in the future, so keep checking back.  In the meantime, you can use your My Disney Experience app to make your Memory Maker photos practically perfect in every way.

    Have a magical day!
