    I’m trying to purchase tickets online and I keep getting and “error” message

    Thanks for visiting planDisney! Let's see if my suggestion can help you get your tickets for this magical trip to the Disneyland Resort

    My first recommendation is to switch browsers. If you're using Safari, switch to Chrome. If you're using Chrome, try Firefox. I'd also suggest using an incognito window so that the problem doesn't carry over to your next attempt. 

    If this still doesn't work, I suggest getting in touch with the Cast Members who specialize in helping Guests with their tickets. They will be able to help you! 

    After you have your tickets in hand, don't forget to download the Disneyland Mobile App. It will be your key to making dining reservations and reserving Individual Lightning Lanes for coveted attractions such as Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
