Hiya, Karen!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending this
Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR!
First of all, I cannot get over your bi-coastal tour of the USA and that it includes stops at both of Mickey's houses. I want to encourage you to
not skip over the "duplicate" attractions that can be found at both
Walt Disney World Resort and Walt's original theme park,
Disneyland Resort, as some of the best Disney details can be found when comparing the same attractions. Examples include the two drops of Land's
Pirates of the Caribbean vs. World's one or how the East Coast version of Space Mountain was built using the same blueprints as Disneyland's
Matterhorn Bobsleds, etc.
I could go on and on about what you should do at The Happiest Place on Earth all day. And night. (If you'd like to hEAR more,
send me a question to my personal queue!) However, let's actually answEAR your question. I don't know why this is happening, but I can assure you that it's not
just you. Several others have written to us this yEAR, from all over, saying the same thing. I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to peek inside your
My Disneyland Account or try to troubleshoot an answer from my side, but your best bet would be to try to purchase
Theme Park Admission Tickets through a travel agent or perhaps a third-party ticket sales website and then link the passes to your guest profile. (The best bets are stores like Target.com, Costco, automobile & travel club associations, credit card rewards portals, etc.) Another option would be to try to purchase your passes under a
My Disneyland Account of one of your travel partners. There is an
email submission form on the Disneyland website that might be a good way to connect with someone from Ticket Sales without you waiting on hold during your middle of the night. Or, a last-ditch effort if you still can't get these tix would be to see if a Guest Relations Cast Member at Walt Disney World could assist in purchasing Disneyland passes, either over the phone or when you're there in person.
I'm so sorry that you're experiencing this kind of ticket trouble, Karen! I really hope that one of the above works out for you. And I really hope that you have the Best! Vacation! Ever! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Panel Instagram account where we're sharing even more Disney Parks tips and tricks. And if you have any more
