    I’m trying to purchase individual pictures that have been taken but I’m only getting the option to purchase the day photos for $69.99 or all my photos for $199.99. I want to purchase hand selected?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! 

    To purchase individual photos, I always use my iPad or laptop computer. Once I login to My Disney Experience, I select an individual photo. After clicking on that photo, I can see two buttons - Download or Buy Prints. When I click on download, I see an option to download a digital copy for $16.95. When I click on Buy Prints, I see an option to buy for $18.95. If you are unable to see either of these options, I suggest that you call to speak with a cast member with Disney PhotoPass Services at 407-560-4300. 

    Michelle, if you visited with another friend or family member who purchased Memory Maker, it is possible for you to share Disney PhotoPass photos through My Disney Experience. When I travel with family, one of us always buys Memory Maker, we share plans and PhotoPass Photos and then the person who purchased the Memory Maker downloads the photos for us all. We also occasionally have to find missing photos. Cast members with Disney's PhotoPass Services have been able to assist with locating them. Once they find our missing photos, they upload them to My Disney Experience. Remember that Disney PhotoPass products and pricing are subject to change.
