My best advice for you at this point is to reach out to the
Guest Services team at the
Disneyland Resort. They will be able to help you purchase your
ticket directly. I know that a few Guests were having this same issue a few weeks ago, so yours is not an isolated case and it likely was a glitch on the website end.
Once you have your tickets in place, be sure to make your
theme park reservations as both will be required to enter the park. If you are able to make the purchase online, this will be part of the checkout process. If you do speak to
Guest Services, they can also advise on how best to make these once the tickets are purchased! You can always keep your eyes peeled on the
theme park reservation calendar to see how quickly dates are filling up!
I'm going to send a little pixie dust your way in the hopes that your ticket issues are resolved quickly and magically! One little date to EARmark on your calendar is September 1st when the
Main Street Electrical Parade and
Disneyland Forever fireworks will be taking their final bows! We won't know if or when they will return, and these nostalgic nighttime spectaculars are not to be missed!
