Thanks for your question. I like being able to have the option of selecting which
MagicBand I want for my next Disney trip. Whether it be the complimentary solid colored
MagicBands, or the custom ones with one of my favorite Disney characters, it's one of those exciting moments of my Disney planning experience!
So this sounds like a technical problem through, what it sounds to be, the
My Disney Experience mobile app? My suggestion is to
contact Disney Website Support or MagicBands Support at (407) 939-4357 (the number to dial is the same whether it's Website or MagicBand related; the options may be different once you hear the automated prompts, however).
Once you get through to a Cast Member, articulate the problems you're experiencing. I'm sure they'll do everything in their power to best assist you!
