Hello Tina, and welcome!
As the current
UK-based planDisney Panelist, it will be my absolute pleasure to offer both you and your dear son some pixie-dusted assistance today.
Tina, I'm able to share that Guests like you and I who access the UK-based
Walt Disney Travel Company website are not yet able to take advantage of the pre-registration process for the
Disability Access Service (DAS).However, I'm more than pleased to say that Guests from the UK are indeed welcome to discuss registration for the Disability Access Service (DAS) upon arrival at any Disney Theme Park; this conversation can easily be had with Cast Members by simply visiting a
Guest Relations location.
Another huge dose of magic is that any Disability Access Service (DAS) that Cast Members may provide for your son, will be valid for his entire length of stay (up to 60 days) at Walt Disney World Resort!
It might be good to know that should you have any further specific questions about visiting
Walt Disney World Resort with a disability this coming November, it's always possible to connect with a helpful Cast Member via this handy email address:
Disability.services@disneyparks.comNow, all that remains is for me to wish you a truly earidescent time with your dear son this coming November at the most magical place on earth.
Have a great Disney day ~
Jane
