I'm trying to plan our 1st family vacation to WDW, so confused on which resort to stay at! We don't need anything fancy, so thinking the moderate resorts. But i still want the 'wow' factor for our kids, ages 9 and 6. Where should we stay? Please Help!

For the ultimate "wow factor" at one of Disney's moderate resort hotels, I'd suggest a stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort.  More specifically, I'd suggest booking a specially-themed pirate room.  What child wouldn't be knocked over with wow upon seeing a pirate ship bed?  This resort also offers a great Spanish fortress themed pool and a decent food court.  A plethora of recreational opportunities exist as well, from pirate cruises to surrey bikes to watercraft rentals.  My favorite thing about the Caribbean Beach Resort?  The islandy steel drum band music that transports you immediately to a tropical getaway!  Enjoy your stay!
