    Hi - I'm trying to plan dinner at chef mickeys after a day at MK and want to see fireworks. How long do the 8pm wishes last? If we took monorail after fireworks to chef mickey, can we take it back and get to our car parked at MK after park closes?

    What a magical evening you have planned!  The last time I saw the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular it was about 15 minutes long.  You will need to leave yourself time to exit the Magic Kingdom and then about another 20 minutes to get from the Monorail station to the Contemporary Hotel.  I would say you probably will not be to the restaurant until about 9pm.

    When you call Disney Dining to book your seating time at Chef Mickey's, it would be best to check with them about what time the monorail will run until that night (the Monorails run two hours after the last theme park closes...so you will need to be back on the monorail within 2 hours of that closing time).  Note that the latest seating time at Chef Mickey's is currently 9:20 pm, and the average time to eat here is about an hour.
