Guests who have booked a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package are able to make a payment toward the balance owing on the
Walt Disney World Resort Website. Once you have logged into your My Disney Experience account, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab on the top right hand side of the page and select "My Plans". In My Plans" under "My Itinerary" scroll down to your Resort Reservation and you should see all of the information and details for your upcoming stay including the balance remaining and a button that says "Make A Payment". Once you select "Make a Payment" follow the prompts to add your information and once you complete the transaction, an email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours. You will also be able to see the payment reflected in My Disney Experience within 24 hours. If for some reason you are unable to make your payment online you could always call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be able to assist with your payment.
If you have chosen a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Room-Only stay, the final payment will be due upon your arrival. At check-in the Cast Member will assist with your payment for the balance remaining.
