    I'm trying to pay on my vacation on my disney experience. Its not giving me the option to pay my remaining balance.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We're so happy to be available to assist as you make your plans for your Walt Disney World vacation.

    Normally, you can pay the remaining balance on your vacation package online by signing into your My Disney Experience account. As far as I know, that should still be an option for you. But information is changing rapidly as the theme parks and resorts begin the phased reopening, and some processes may be modified temporarily.

    I would check My Disney Experience again to see if the payment option has reappeared. If it hasn't, Cast Members at  (407) 939-7675 should be able to take your payment by phone or help you with any modified procedures.

    A few things to note as you get ready for your visit:
