I’m trying to pay for my trip but my credit cards are being rejected. Why?

    Hello Liz,

Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering some issues with making payments towards your Walt Disney World Resort trip. It sounds like you're seeing issues with multiple credit cards. It does sound puzzling.

One tip that comes to mind is something you might have already tried. In my own past experiences, not related to Disney vacations, when I've encountered issues with online credit card transactions, I find it helpful to check with the credit card issuer. Typically, the credit card issuer -- whether it's a bank or financial institution -- can offer some details around any specific transaction errors that they are seeing in their system. Perhaps this info could offer some insight on what's causing the issue.

If you find that everything is in order and as expected with the payment method and credit card, then my next suggestion would be to give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 to see if they can assist with the issue

Liz, I'm hopeful for you that you can get your trip plans all set up so you can enjoy all the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
