Hello there, Quetsi! Welcome to
planDisney. We're all so excited to see you here!
In order for you to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations, you will need to purchase valid Theme Park tickets first. From what I gather, you've made Resort hotel reservations at the
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, but that reservation won't grant you entry privileges for the Theme Parks if you don't have any tickets linked to your Disney account.
However, if you do have valid
Theme Park tickets, you will need to make those reservations by yourself. Unfortunately, the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel won't be able to make them for you. But Hakuna Matata, my friend! No worries. It's actually a super simple process! First of all, you need to
make sure that your valid tickets have been linked to your My Disney Experience account. After you link them,
follow all the steps to make your Theme Park reservations via the Walt Disney World Resort website. If you have any trouble with this, I suggest that you
speak to a friendly Cast Member at (407) 934-7639. The amazing team will be able to fix it for you in a jiffy!
Quetsi, I also encourage you to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before you make your reservations. I actually went ahead and checked it for you, and there seems to be enough availability for most of the Theme Parks on your dates, with the exception of Magic Kingdom Park from December 23 to December 26 and Disney's Hollywood Studios on December 26. I would advise you to purchase your tickets and make your reservations as soon as possible, since reservations are subject to availability. I wouldn't want you missing out on all the magic that the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer!
I truly hope that my answer has helped clarify your concerns, Quetsi. Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us if there's anything else we can do for you! Remember that we're always available and more than happy to help.
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
