I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble making some upcoming theme park reservations on previously purchased tickets. While reservations are starting to fill up, I see plenty of availability in the next few months. I took a quick look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar for one-day park tickets and it shows availability for your arrival day and the days following. This leads me to believe that you aren't seeing any availability because the tickets you purchased are lower-tier tickets than the dates that you are looking for. This would mean that most likely you would need to upgrade your tickets so to the appropriate tier in order to use them on these dates. You will want to do this as soon as possible.
Currently, ticket upgrades are done in person at the Main Entrance Ticket Booths. I know this is difficult for out-of-state guests, so I recommend checking with a Cast Member at
Ticket Services to see if there are any other options to get the upgrade done sooner since you will also need to get theme park reservations confirmed for your visit.
