Hi there, Katie! Welcome to planDisney!
Woohoo! In just weeks, you'll embark on your magical adventure at the Most Magical Place on Earth. I know you must be getting so excited as you finalize your pixie-dusted plans. The parades at Walt Disney World should not be missed, and I'm more than happy to help you tie up your loose planning ends so you can sit back, relax and start your countdown to the magic.
If you're looking for a magical daytime parade, look no further than my very favorite -
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom. While I do see that the schedule has only been released through early August at this time, Hakuna Matata. It means "no worries." I spoke with a Cast Member who assured me that the parade is set to run, but the schedule has not been released for all of August or September yet.
As your holiday approaches, just keep an eye on the
parade's page or the
Hours & Events Calendar on the Walt Disney World website to check the schedule for this parade and other entertainment as it's released. Festival of Fantasy Parade typically runs at 3:00 p.m., but schedules are always subject to change, so I recommend checking the website or My Disney Experience app once you've arrived.
Katie, if you like parades, have you heard about the brand new nighttime parade,
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away? It will be debuting at Magic Kingdom soon, so you'll be able to catch this nighttime spectacular during your visit! This parade is highly anticipated, so keep an eye on the
Entertainment Schedule so that you don't miss it! Enjoy!
I hope this helps, Katie, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable visit! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have along the way.
Chase the wind and touch the sky,
Mandy
