    I’m trying to order MagicBands but get this message: ‘Your region does not allow entry to English-only sections of a website, so you will not be permitted to proceed. Please contact Guest Services at (407) 939-4357.’ I'm in Quebec, is that the problem?

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with your question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Disney bands are a great way to add convenience (and a little pixie dust) to your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! I'm happy to help you access the magic during your next visit.

    I'm sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty when attempting to pre-order Disney bands for your upcoming visit using the Walt Disney World Resort website. Unfortunately, pre-ordered Disney bands are not eligible for international shipping. In some cases, Disney bands can be shipped directly to your Disney Resort hotel and picked up at the Front Desk upon arrival. However, if you find that this option isn't available to you during the pre-order process, then you may have to wait until you arrive to purchase your Disney bands. Luckily, you can find Disney bands available for purchase at many stores throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, including at the Disney Resort hotels, at all four theme parks, and at Disney Springs!

    Daniel, once you've secured your Disney bands, be sure to link them to your Disney account before use. In my opinion, the easiest way to do this is by using the My Disney Experience mobile app. Simply log in to your Disney account in the mobile app, tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, and select "MagicBands and More." Next, scroll down to the bottom and select "Link Your MagicBand or Card." At this point, you can utilize "Tap" (RFID) technology to link your Disney band to your account. Alternatively, you may choose "Type ID" and type the ID number found on the back of your Disney band into the text box, then select "Link Media." Before using your Disney bands in the theme parks, I recommend fully charging them to ensure you'll be able to access all the magic they have to offer!

    No Disney bands? No problem. If you opt not to purchase Disney bands for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you do have other options, Daniel. If you have the My Disney Experience mobile app set up, you can create a digital pass using Disney MagicMobile service. This technology will allow you to enter the theme parks, link Disney PhotoPass images to your account, charge purchases to your Disney Resort hotel folio, and more - much like how a Disney band functions! You can also utilize the My Disney Experience mobile app to unlock the door to your Resort hotel room. Alternatively, you can visit a Guest Relations location to request a physical card to use during your stay.
