I’m so sorry you’re having difficulty completing your purchase, Karen. I’ve had similar issues myself, particularly on the first day of sales when website traffic is at its highest as lots of Guests try to secure their passes. If by chance you have that window open and the transaction still hasn’t gone through, I recommend checking your internet connection and then, if necessary, starting the process over to get past the glitch. The good news is that I just checked for you, and as of this moment, all but one of the Magic Key pass types are still available for purchase! I was able to navigate to the
Magic Key page, scroll down to the blue button that reads “Purchase Magic Key Passes,” and after a short wait in the purchasing queue, enter the site and select the Inspire Key, Believe Key, or Enchant Key. The Imagine Key is currently available for renewal only. If you can, you may want to reboot the device you’re using and double-check that your internet connection is strong before starting the purchase process again.
