Hello, Chelsea!
Welcome to planDisney. I am glad you asked us your question!
DisneyBand+ makes it easy to board the ship, open your stateroom door, and charge merchandise to your stateroom folio. I also like how cute they are!
I am sorry you are experiencing issues ordering a DisneyBand+! First, make sure you are logged into your account on the
Disney Cruise Line website. Check the address listed in your account and verify that you are using the United States version of the Disney Cruise Line website (it should say "United States - English" at the top).
Shipping for DisneyBand+ is usually available to valid United States addresses. However, it is not an option for P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APOs), Fleet Post Offices (FPOs), Diplomatic Post Offices (DPOs), United States ports, or international addresses. If you checked all of these things and you still think you should be able to receive a DisneyBand+ in the mail, then I suggest calling
Disney Cruise Line to speak with a helpful Cast Member.
Have you decided which Port Adventures you would like to book yet?
Port Adventures allow Guests to explore different ports, and experiences can include playing on the beach, checking out a new city, or going on an adventure. I usually make a list of my family's top three Port Adventure preferences and try to reserve them as soon as my
booking window opens. I do the same thing for
Onboard Activities, like the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and
Beverage Tasting Seminars.
Chelsea, I hope you can order a DisneyBand+ for your upcoming cruise! Please reach out to planDisney again if you have additional questions!
Happy sailing!
Jen
