Disney Vacation Club Member discount during booking, but I have a suggestion that I hope might help!
After hearing about your problem, I tried the Wild Africa Trek booking process for myself. I signed into my Disney Account from my computer, navigated to the page, and NOTHING –– the website didn't give me the option to book with a DVC discount, either. However, when I tried booking the experience from the browser on my phone, it
did include the discount, but here's the trick –– I didn't sign in to my Disney account before I started the booking process. I simply navigated to the Wild Africa Trek page and clicked on "Check Availability". On the next page, I saw the notification that said "Discounts may be available for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members" with an option to sign in, and once I signed in from there, the discount appeared. I went back and tried the same process from my computer and this time it let me access the discount from there, as well (isn't technology funny sometimes???). Hopefully, this method helps solve your problem, but if you're still having trouble, I suggest giving
Member Services a call at (800) 800-9800 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you with booking.
