    I’m trying to see where my magic bands are? I ordered them on July 27, 2022 thinking they would be here before August 17th for my wife’s birthday. Can y’all update me on where they are because I don’t have a tracking number

    I'm happy to hear you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation planned for this year! I know the availability of the new MagicBand+ has been so exciting and that many, including myself, also ordered on the release day. I anticipate that orders are first being filled for those that have soon arrivals and then other orders to be filled will follow. Unfortunately, I'm unable to check on the status of your order as we do not have access to that at planDisney. Once your MagicBand+ order has shipped, you should receive a confirmation email. I'm so sorry. I know this wasn't the answer you were hoping for. With a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, hopefully, the MagicBands you ordered could still arrive in time for your wife's birthday.
