I'm trying to look at menus ahead of time. I can find the menus but don't see the symbols for the dining to know if it's available for quick service or snack credits. Is there a way to know.

    Hi, there!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Staci. We're glad you're here! I often find myself viewing online menus when I'm daydreaming of all the delicious food at the Walt Disney World Resort. Symbols are not listed on the menus you can view online, but I'm happy to help you find the information you need!

You can view a list of all the dining locations at the Walt Disney World Resort on the website. Did you know there are over 300 restaurants to choose from?! When you click on a specific restaurant, like ABC Commissary, you'll see a light blue box on the right-hand side of the page. The box lists whether the location is designated as a Table-Service or Quick-Service restaurant. Additionally, there is a hyperlink there that says, "Some Dining Plans Accepted." When you click on that hyperlink, you can see what Disney Dining Plans are accepted at that location.

Unfortunately, there is not currently a way to view eligible snack items on the menus available online. I know you're trying to plan! There are a few things to keep in mind while you're planning a Disney snack attack. Snack eligible items can be found at Quick-Service restaurants, most outdoor carts, and even some merchandise locations! A purple and white Disney Dining Plan (DDP) symbol will be listed next to snack eligible items. Snacks can include a single serving of popcorn, a whole piece of fruit, a frozen ice cream novelty, or single-servings of non-alcoholic beverages. I usually use most of my snack entitlements at the Starbucks locations in the theme parks, but my most favorite Disney snack is a Mickey soft pretzel - YUM!

     Thanks for stopping by, Staci!
