I'm trying to locate the place to book a cruise on the website but i can't find a place to do so. Where do I go?

Ahoy there, Randy! Welcome aboard planDisney! Sorry to hear you're having trouble charting a course for your Disney Cruise Line adventure, but our maps are all updated, our compasses true, and there's wind in our sails, so let's help you get back on course!

In order to book a cruise on the Disney Cruise Line website, you first have to set a course for the "Find a Cruise" tool, which can be found under the "Plan a Cruise" menu! This will allow you to narrow down your approach to the specific cruises you're considering. Oh, and no need to know the exact departure date - the filters for when you'd like to cruise, from what port, how long you'd like to sail, and what ship you'd like are all there to help you get pointed in the right direction before you even cast off!

Once you have those results from filtering, you can select your sailing! This will take you to the first step of the booking process - selecting a stateroom type! Each of the incredible Disney Cruise Line ships has four basic stateroom types: inside, oceanview, oceanview with verandah, and concierge-level. My family tends to go with inside staterooms (an unpopular opinion, I know) because of their location across the ships, as well as how they can get EXTRA dark without a porthole!

Once you select your type, you'll progress to the next step: stateroom selection. This is one of my favorite steps because you'll be able to see exactly where the available staterooms are on your exact sailing on the exact ship you'll be sailing on! It's the part that feels the most real to me, and that our crew will be setting sail before too long!

From there, it's a fairly standard passage, sailor! Simply keep on pressing the "next" button at each step, and you'll be at your destination in no time! Oh, and one last planDrew-approved tip: remember that you can book your cruise with just a deposit, and space out the remaining balance out between that deposit and your final payment due date - which will be listed both during checkout and on your "My Reservations" page once you book. It's one of the best way to get the magic started!

Got that marked on your maps, Randy? Great! Now if for any reason you experience any issues, send up a flare over at planDisney and we'll find you to get you back on course again! Thank you so much for your question, and I can't wait for you and your crew to set sail! With everything that's included on a Disney Cruise Line vacation, it won't be too long until you're making this passage over and over again with smooth sailing!

    Fair winds and following seas,

    Andrew
