Hey Howdy Hey, Karina!
You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Thank you so much for moseying by with your question. Karina, the
My Disney Experience app is such a wonderful tool for keeping all of your tickets and vacation information in one place. But once in a while, there is a snake in your boot and the app hits a snag. So let me see if I can try and help you round up a solution.
Sometimes, Karina, the My Disney Experience app gets a bit rowdy so one option would be, if you have been using the app, to try switching to your computer and logging into
My Disney Experience from the browser. Alternatively, if you were trying to link your ticket on your computer, try using the app instead. For some reason, this can sometimes fix the issue.
If that doesn't solve the problem, we can double-check to see if they are indeed linked. If you purchased your
theme park tickets directly from Disney while signed into your account, they should have automatically been added to your account. From the My Disney Experience page on your computer, you can go to "My Plans" after logging in and you should see your tickets there. On the app, click on the "hamburger" (the three horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner and select the "Tickets and Passes" tile. If your tickets are already linked, they should appear here. Of course, it's possible that they didn't link so in this case, go to the email you received when ordering your tickets and look for the confirmation number. Then, head over to the "Link Your Tickets and Purchases" page on the Walt Disney World website and follow the directions to link your tickets using that number. If they weren't linked for some reason, that should take care of it.
Another thing to check is that the tickets were purchased under your account. If you have another family member who may also have an account, it's possible you were in their account at the time of purchase. If that's the case, you can connect your accounts via the
Family & Friends list to share plans, including the tickets.
If you're still unable to see your tickets in your My Disney Experience account after trying all of these things, you'll need to give
Guest Relations a call and have a Cast Member check on your tickets for you. They would be able to access your account to see what is causing the problem. n.
I sure hope that your tickets are in your account and ready for you to giddy up over to Walt Disney World and have an amazing time. If you have any further questions, stop back here and see me because you've got a friend in me.
Happy Trails,
Keri
