Hi Kaitlen,
We are delighted to see you stopping by planDisney with a great question!
If your husband has his own My Disney Experience account and you all are connected through the My Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience, make sure you are sharing plans so that you can see the tickets. To check to see if you are linked and sharing plans, log into the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars in the bottom right side of the screen, then scroll and find your profile. Click on your profile and then click on the tab that says Family & Friends List. You should see your husband's name and then, when you click on it, you can see the sharing plans option. Then, check to see that the tickets are assigned to the right person. Just log into the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars on the bottom right of the screen. Then, click on Tickets and Passes. If the tickets have not been assigned to the right person, you could reassign the tickets to his account.
Once I was having a problem linking to an account and I realized that the profile linked on the reservation was not mine. It was my name, but it was not My Disney Experience account profile. I was able to
contact a cast member in Website Support and they resolved the problem. So, if you cannot resolve the issue, I suggest you contact them!
One of the things I love about the Walt Disney World Resort is the creative design process that surrounds the parks and resorts. The resort hotels are themed very differently. I actually love watching little ones see the lobbies for the first time! Hopefully, you have decided which parks you are visiting and which
resort hotel will become your home temporarily.
Kaitlen, your trip is coming up soon! Sending you a little pixie dust as you make those final plans!
Magic and memories.
