Hi Elise,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble linking your
Disney Park Pass reservations, hopefully we can help get this resolved!
Since you already have everyone’s tickets linked in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, I would suggest creating the Disney Park Passes in groups of two or three instead of all at one time. I know this could be tedious, but doing the Disney Park Passes in smaller batches might help your success in booking. So, just pick two to three members of your party and do all their Disney Park Pass reservations for your trip. Next, select another group of guests and make the same reservations. Repeat the process until all the reservations for your party are complete!
If you’re still not able to create the reservations in smaller batches for your entire party, I suggest connecting with one of the
help desks (Existing Tickets or My Disney Experience and MagicBands). One quick tip I’ve learned over the years, if possible, try to call the help desk first thing in the morning around 7:00 a.m. Eastern. I normally set a reminder on my phone so I’m ready to call early in the day. This way you're early in the queue for connecting with a Cast Member.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for your family’s Walt Disney World Resort vacation this summer.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
