Welcome to planDisney, Michelle. It's not long until you're embarking on your magical Walt Disney World adventure, so let's try and get you all set with your tickets.
The great news is that no laptop or computer is needed. Have you downloaded the
My Disney Experience App to your smartphone? Once you have done so, you can link your Disney tickets here, as long as you can access the email address you provided when booking the tickets. Open the Tickets and Passes option in the App, and you will see a plus sign in a blue circle at the top right-hand corner of your screen. Simply follow the prompts, add your details, and you should be good to go. The
Disney Experts are also on hand here in the U.K. if you would prefer to talk through technology help ahead of your trip.
With
Disney MagicMobile Service, you can even use your mobile phone as your ticket at the gate. You can always speak with a Cast Member at the entrance should you wish to have a physical card.
The My Disney Experience App is like a helpful little genie in your pocket at Walt Disney World. Up-to-date wait times,
Mobile Food and Beverage orders,
Virtual Queues, and so much more are right at your fingertips. I recommend taking a look ahead of your arrival.
Michelle, I hope this information helps. If you have any further questions, I'd love to help. Please enjoy all the magic at Walt Disney World, Louise.
