Enky, I understand your travel party is encountering some technical troubles when trying to secure Lightning Lane passes for your upcoming visit. Guests with Disney Resort hotel reservations are eligible to start
purchasing Lightning Lane passes seven days before their scheduled check-in date whereas day Guests (with theme park tickets only, but no resort stay) are eligible to book three days before their first ticketed day. Is it possible that some members of your travel party have a Resort hotel stay booked, and others don't? Also, the My Disney Experience mobile app is designed for use within the U.S., so this may explain the booking difficulties you're experiencing. If you continue to run into tech-y troubles, I encourage you to wait until you arrive in the U.S. to try again!
Before you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to connect with the rest of your travel party in
My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Also, be sure your Disney Resort hotel reservations are all linked to your profiles. This should allow for a seamless booking experience when you're able to purchase Lightning Lane passes!
