I’m trying to finish paying off my Disney vacation plan where do I go to do so?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Michael! You’re as welcome as can be to planDisney!

First off, I’m so excited for your upcoming visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth! You’re going to make so many special memories. And what a great way to start off your adventures, by finishing payments on your Vacation Package! You can pay off the balance online on your My Reservations page on My Disney Experience, or by calling (407) 939-7675. If you choose to make the payment online, you can use the payment method already stored in your online account for added convenience! If, however, you booked your vacation through a travel agent, then you’ll need to reach out to them for assistance.

Before your visit, I recommend checking out this helpful “Know Before You Go” page. You’ll learn more about the recent updates made to help promote reduced contact, physical distancing, and enhanced cleaning measures. When you start packing, don’t forget to include face coverings, which are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) and Cast Members. My family adores our Disney’s Cloth Face Masks, which can be found on shopDisney.com, in Disney Springs, and inside the theme parks. These are the only masks I’ve worn that don’t fall down when I’m talking!

I hope this information helps, Michael! Wishing you a pixie-dusted visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! It may be a bit different than we’re used to, but Disney magic hasn’t changed at all!

    See ya’ real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Greetings from sunny California! I live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder (and now a Magic Key Passholder) for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids ages 5-10, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
