I'm trying to find out which restaurants charge 2 dining credits. Does the Garden Grill Restaurant? Coral Reef? Is "Casual dining" in the drop down menus the same as "table service" on the dining plan?

    Hi Mary,

Yes, "casual dining" restaurants on the Walt Disney World website are places where table service meals are served.  Typically, you need only one table service credit per person on the Disney Dining Plan to pay for meals at these restaurants.  Restaurants that are tagged as "fine" or "signature dining" take two table service credits. Dinner shows like the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and the Spirit of Aloha Dinner at Disney's Polynesian Resort also require two table service credits.

There are a few exceptions to this, but overall you can expect that casual dining establishments like the Garden Grill or Coral Reef will accept one Disney Dining Plan table service credit as payment.  You can always confirm this when you call (407) WDW-DINE to make reservations for sit-down meals at Walt Disney World.  Keep in mind you can do this up to 180 days in advance of your vacation.

    Bon appetit!
