Hiya Jen! Welcome to planDisney.
Real talk: my children could watch Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning videos allllll day. They're so magical! I'm so glad you stopped by with this question - and after I've replied to you, I'm going to pop a bucket of popcorn and sit down with some videos!
While The Walt Disney Company used to mail free planning DVDs, they have decided to follow Walt Disney's wise words and "keep moving forward" into the digital world. While there are no longer planning DVDs, all the great resources are just a click away!
There are tons of great planning resources on the
Disney Parks YouTube channel. Whether you would like to tour resorts, get a feel for attractions, or find planning tips, they've got you covered. I loved watching the
30 Stays in 30 Days series with the Bucket List Family - you will get a glimpse of every
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and follow along as a real family explores Walt Disney World for a full month. Swoon!
The
Disney Vacation Planning website is a great platform for learning about everything from hotels to dining to attractions to experiences and so much more.
I also have to give a shout-out to the
PlanDisney Panel Extras page, where we share planning tips and lists. Check out our
Video Library for short videos on everything from resort amenities to technology to bringing little ones to the theme parks. We're also sharing tips from inside the theme parks on our
Instagram page, and we're here for you every step of the way as you plan and dream.
Finally, be sure to read the
Disney Parks Blog. They post news and updates, but also loads of fun features like Foodie Guides. They're an official source of information about the Disney Parks and I love to keep a list on my phone, organized by location, of all the food and experience I need to try on my next visit.
Jen, since you're visiting during the jolliest time of year, I have to point you to the
Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort webpage. More information will come as Santa finishes making his list and checking it twice, but this page is your North Pole for festive fun.
Enjoy every minute of your planning! Come back and see us if we can help with any further questions.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
