Ahoy there, Brittany, and welcome to planDisney! I love that you want to pack with the themed nights in mind for your Western European cruise, so I’d be happy to put on my mouse detective hat to help.
While entertainment and activities are subject to change, I can tell you that from what I’ve uncovered, you’re scheduled to have a
Pirate Night on Night 4 after your day in La Coruna. One important thing to note is that while European, Caribbean, and Bahamian sailings can all typically include a
Pirate Night Deck Party, the European itineraries do not include fireworks at sea afterward. This is due to local regulations in European waters, but the party is still full of swashbuckling fun, character appearances, and plenty of opportunities to show off your best pirate garb with your favorite Disney pals.
And since coordinating outfits is what you came here for, allow me to assist you with the rest of your
packing. Night 2, after your first day at sea, is your Formal Night. Then, on Night 7, after your second day at sea, will be your optional Semi-Formal night. The rest of the evenings are casual, but of course, this is your cruise, so feel free to be as fun or fancy as you feel!
My best advice is to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before embarkation day and connect to the DCL-GUEST WiFi as soon as you step onboard. That way, you can see all the theme nights for dinner and be alerted of your favorite activities and shows before they happen. And if you need to pick up any last-minute accessories or some souvenirs from your time on the Disney Fantasy to take home with you, make sure to stop by Mickey’s Mainsail.
I hope you take lots of pictures and make tons of new memories when you set sail in just a couple of weeks. If you think of anything else before embarkation day, don’t hesitate to head back to us here at
planDisney!
Bon voyage,
Sami
